Nice building and newly renovated and good-sized rooms with wooden floors. Private parking on site provided. The early check-in.

Just had a room makeover, and it was sweet! Enjoyed my stay here for work. the bathroom was decently tidy, and the team was super friendly and courteous. 😊

Newly remodelled and well-appointed rooms with efficient services, the food was REASONABLY PRICED. Location : the hotel was short walk to many attractions, Avenida Paulista and Augusta Street where there is so a many nice restaurants, bars and shops.

Helpfull staff, good location (downtown, near to a metro station and near the airport bus route). I arrived before noon (check-in time), but was able to check in already at 10:30 a.m. without extra fare.

If you don't have a laptop, using the Internet on their computers is extremely expensive (minimum 15 reais per half an hour). You must come with your own laptop to access the Wi-Fi Internet for free (not sure about the latter). Nor I was able to find any Internet cafes in the vicinity of the hotel and could not get any recommendations on that. I found it surprising since the hotel resides in the very business centre of the city. In Rio, for example, you encounter Internet cafes every 50 m of your walk.

The hotel has a great location for business, the rooms are recently renovated, and the building itself is lovely with well-placed desks in the rooms.

Rooms are modern and clean. Not much by way of services in the hotel, just a place to sleep.

Excellent budget hotel located in a quiet area close to a popular shopping mall and metro station. Recently updated rooms feature a cozy desk, spacious bed, and attractive wooden floors. - Staff members are extremely friendly and accommodating.

They overcharge for everything, adding taxes that were pre-paid. Outrages fees for interente use if you don't have a laptop. High prices for food and drinks.

The room features a minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an exceptionally comfortable bed.

It is central what facilitates locomotion in the city.

Service at breakfast is unbelievable. If you arrive close to the time when they are going to stop service for breakfast, the staff begin to take off all the food and, what is worst, they begin setting the table for lunch WHILE guests are still in the dining room. We are frequent guests and almost every time the price for breakfast is increased.
